1. Returns and Exchanges:

• You may return or exchange an item within 7 days from the date of purchase.
• To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as received.

2. Process for Returns and Exchanges:

• Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return or exchange.
• Our team will guide you through the return shipping process. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

3. Refunds:

• Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification.
• If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

4. Exclusions:

• Customised or personalised artworks are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• Sale items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

5. Damaged or Defective Items:

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
• Provide photographs of the damaged or defective item, along with your order number and contact details.
• We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference.

6. Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in the case of damaged or defective items.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.
