VENUE HIRE RATES:

By the Hour (minimum 2 hours)

• Weekday (off-peak): $120 + GST per hour
• Evening/Weekend: $150 + GST per hour

Evening Flat Rate (up to 5 hours)

• $500–$650 + GST
• Flexible from 4pm–10pm
• Additional hours: $100/hr after 10pm

Full Day Hire (up to 8 hours)

• $850–$1000 + GST

OPTIONAL ADD-ONS:

• Tables: $15 each
• Chairs: $5 each
• Staff assistance (setup/pack-down): $100 flat
• Gallery staff on site: $35/hr
• Cleaning fee (if required): $100 flat

OTHER INFO:

• BYO alcohol permitted
• Noise restrictions apply after 10pm
• All bookings require a 50% deposit to confirm and a refundable $250 bond
