SHIPPING

CONTACTLESS DELIVERY

Our online store is open 24/7 for you to grab the newest arrivals from our rad artists and have it shipped straight to your door. 

All online orders are dispatched Monday to Friday.

Orders will not be dispatched on Public Holidays, orders placed on these days will be sent out within the next two business days.

The festive season may also cause a little delay so please be aware that between the 20th of December + around the 6th of January is a very busy period for both us + the couriers we use so to ensure delivery before Christmas, please order with a few days to spare.

CLICK & COLLECT

Simply click "Click & Collect" at the checkout to grab your goods via contactless collection. Pick up days are Friday and Saturdays between 1 pm & 4 pm. You can choose a time that suits you, but if these days and times don't suit all you need to do is email or give us a call to organise a time for your contactless pick-up!

NZ SHIPPING

Shipping is charged on an order weight/size basis due to the range of items we stock. Our products are sent directly to you from our FIKSATE studio gallery. We use a signature required courier service for all orders throughout New Zealand. All parcels will require a signature on delivery for security and peace of mind of both ourselves and the customer. Should no-one be present at the premises to sign for the parcel, a card will be left and your parcel will be available for collection from the couriers' office or depot. 

Your shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout. We aim to dispatch all orders (with the exception of custom orders) within 2 business days. Courier delivery is 1-3 business days.

AUSSIE SHIPPING

Shipping is charged on an order weight/size basis due to the range of items we stock. There is one choice for Australian shipping, the service is as follows:

International Air

  • Partially trackable
  • No signature required
  • 3-10 working days to delivery

By selecting a service option you are thereby agreeing to the terms of service of this option. Any taxes, duty or other fees incurred on arrival will be the responsibility of the customer.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping is charged on an order weight/size basis due to the range of items we stock. There is one choice for International shipping, the service is as follows:

International Air

  • Partially trackable
  • No signature required
  • 6-10 working days to delivery

By selecting a service option you are thereby agreeing to the terms of service of this option. Any taxes, duty or other fees incurred on arrival will be the responsibility of the customer.

Simply click "Pick-up in Store" at checkout to grab your goods via contactless collection. We'll email when your order is ready to collect and all you need to do is email or give us a call to organise a time for your contactless pick-up!
